Return Process

  • ALL Items purchased during a Promotion or Sale are FINAL.We do not provide cash refunds.
  • Email sales@miribeautysupply.com
  • Enter your Order number and email address.
  • Select the items to return, and send it off when you can.
  • The return label will be emailed to you once authorized.
  • When it arrives, we will inspect the content and issue the refund to the original payment method. 

FAQ

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $8.95. It will automatically deduct from your total refund balance. Original shipping cost is not refundable.

Do you do exchanges?

We currently do not support any exchanges.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please print the UPS shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest UPS Access Point.

If you decide to use your own shipping provider

Please include the order number and email address used to place the order inside the returning package. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 15 days, unused and unopened. Please note that the time period begins when the customer places the order, not when the customer receives the order.

What items are non-refundable?

All hair products/accessories are FINAL sale. We currently do not accept international returns. Any items purchased during a Promotion or Sale. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
